Terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions will be applicable for every order on the Junkie Lovers website. If you make an order you are showing that you are happy with these terms and conditions, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card and you have enough funds to cover the cost. You are responsible for informing us about any changes to the details that you have provided. We do stress that this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We do reserve the right to change these trading conditions at any time, so please check them when you make a purchase. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order to make sure it is correct. A contract between Junkie Lovers and the customer will not come into effect until we accept the order to despatch the goods. We can at any point decline to sell the products to you.
Pricing
The price of goods is clearly stated on the website. All prices and charges on this website are in British Pounds Sterling. All prices include VAT unless we say otherwise. We reserve the right to change the prices of goods without prior notice. Unfortunately mistakes can be made, if an item has been priced incorrectly we reserve the right to supply the goods at the correct price. If at any point we realise that the price is incorrect after you have made a purchase we will give you the option by email of reordering at the correct price or cancelling your order.
Payment
At present you can pay for your order with all major credit and debit cards through the world’s largest free online payment service – www.paypal.com PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
You can pay for your items using Paypal even if you don’t have an account with them via email. We also accept credit cards through protx. If you have any questions about payment please email us at info@junkielovers.com
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Junkie Lovers.
All item are checked thoroughly before sending, but in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@junkielovers.com quoting your name address, order number, details of the product fault or whether you require a refund or a replacement.
Returns and exchanges done without prior notification to us may not be processed.
For hygiene reason, earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded. When we have received your item and checked it we will contact you via email and advise you of when your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for the refund to be processed which we will do via Paypal to the account you originally used. Please note the original shipping charges will not be refunded. We will send you an email to notify you and then allow another 5-10 days for the refund to be credited. This depends on your bank and card issuer so therefore is not our responsibility.

Abuse of our returns policy may prevent you for shopping with us in the future. The goods are your responsibility whilst in your care and remain so until they reach us. We recommend that you return items in a way that insures them, for your own peace of mind. Return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer. Items also need to be packaged in an appropriate manner to prevent damage.

Cancellation of order
If you received a cancellation email for your order, it was because we did not receive payment. Paypal order payments need to be received within 24 hours of placing order to avoid cancellation.
Sorry, we do not place holds on items.
Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will email you and let you know. It may be the case that an item is out of stock however some items are original pieces and cannot be replaced and are sold on a first come first served basis. We may be able to suggest another item instead that you may like as an alternative. We will always give you the option to cancel your order if you prefer.
Availability of the Website and Goods
Junkie Lovers will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Junkie Lovers web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by Junkie Lovers. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

The website is constantly changing and these terms and conditions may change from time to time. Junkie Lovers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

Harassment in any manner or form of the site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Junkielovers.com host, or representative as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not attempt to upload, to distribute, or otherwise publish through this site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts

We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction.If you have any complaints/ suggestions about our services, please email us we will be happy to help in any way that we can and will hopefully respond within five working days. At all stages during the complaints process we will advise you, via email of the steps we are taking to resolve the matter.
